FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. – There will be 34 new food items, and seven new food vendors at this year’s Minnesota State Fair.
The list was released Tuesday, and includes a cheese curd stuffed pizza pretzel at Green Mill, Eli’s cheesecake curds at LuLu’s Public House, loaded lobster fries at Cafe Caribe, walleye fritter pops at Giggle’s Campfire Grill, Dole soft serve and floats at Tasti Whip, and a crispy lutefisk steamed bun at Shanghai Henri’s.
Officials said a total of 500 different foods will be available on the state fairgrounds.
