HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s office says 30 minors were cited for underage drinking after a deputy noticed that vehicles were creating a traffic hazard early Saturday morning in Horace.
Several minors who were drinking ran from the home. The homeowner and a number of partygoers were uncooperative. The sheriff’s office then got a search warrant. About 80 people were detained and 30 minors were cited. There was a hit-and-run collision, but no one was hurt.
West Fargo police and the state patrol assisted at the scene.
