DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (KFGO KDLR) – Two separate incidents Wednesday at the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center Jail in Devils Lake are under investigation.
The state BCI is handling the investigation of a suicide attempt by an inmate at the facility.
In the second case, an inmate suffered serious injuries after being attacked by two other inmates. The victim was taken to the hospital.
The two inmates involved in the attack are expected to face aggravated assault charges.
