Police seek driver who ran over cat, twice

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Bloomington police are looking for a driver who intentionally ran over a cat, killing the animal, then ran over it again.

It happened May 9. Police have just released video obtained from a nearby business showing the car is a newer model black Kia Soul.

Investigators say the driver placed a cat under the front passenger tire, then drove over the cat, killing it. The vehicle is then seen circling back and driving over the cat a second time.
