(KFGO/KNFL) Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton is back to the Minnesota State High School Softball Tournament this week. The Rebels repeated as Section 8AA champs, and will begin state tournament play on Thursday at Caswell Park in North Mankato.
DGF (23-2) is the #5 seed in Class AA and will face #4 seed Pipestone Area (20-5) at 9:00 AM in the opening round. The Rebels have won thirteen consecutive games, including wins over Crookston, Park Rapids, Thief River Falls, and Hawley (twice). DGF will play either Pequot Lakes or LeSueur-Henderson in its second game at 3:45 on Thursday. The Rebels need to win one of its first two games to have a game on Friday.

- #5 DGF vs. #4 Pipestone Area
- Watertown-Mayer vs. #2 St. Charles
- St. Agnes vs. #3 Proctor
The Rebels placed 4th in Class AA last season. This is DGF’s eighth appearance at state going back to 2006.
