STILLWATER, Minn. — A Stillwater bar is facing charges for allegedly serving alcohol to a 20-year-old man before he died on Christmas Eve.
Police say George Musser of Stillwater left Brian’s Bar and Grill and went missing in subzero temperatures. His body was later found in a wooded area 2.5 miles from the bar.
According to investigators, Musser died from cold exposure.
Court documents show Musser’s mother had called the bar weeks before her son’s death, asking them to stop serving underage people.
