Cows and Co. Creamery is “churning” their family, farm fresh milk into some delicious, fresh eats.
Cows and Co. Creamery operates near Carrington North Dakota. The family run business uses the milk from their family dairy to make gelato, gouda cheese and cheese curds. The cows are milked just a few miles away from the creamery.
Maartje Murphy says she always had a strong passion to share her family heritage from the Netherlands with others.
Murphy says she had a strong desire to open a store front at their farmyard to give customers an “on farm experience.”
Cows and Co. recently expanded to Fargo, opening a storefront at Brewhalla.
Murphy says the support from not just the Carrington and Fargo communities, but from North Dakota has been amazing.
