A few ideas for your Super Bowl Party!
JJ brought in a dip that everyone in the office was excited about – a cream cheese and cottage cheese based dip served with veggies and pita chips! It didn’t disappoint – and the recipe is courtesy of Bridget Marquardt – who both Amy & JJ are a fan of! She is a former girlfriend of Hugh Hefner… you can hear the whole story on the podcast listed below.
THE (Bridget Marquardt) DIP
8 ounces cream cheese
16 ounce – cottage cheese (small curd, if possible)
1/2 cup mayo (or greek yogurt)
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
Blend cream cheese, add cottage cheese until blended, add mayo (or greek yogurt) until blended and add remain ingredients.

Amy’s Super Bowl snack idea – OLIVE BREAD! This recipe is courtesy of the Pioneer Woman. And, if you want to get a little spicy, throw some jalapenos on there.
YUMMY OLIVE BREAD
One 6-ounce can black olives, drained
One 6-ounce jar pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained
2 stalks green onions
1 stick butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
12 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 loaf crusty French bread, sliced lengthwise
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Roughly chop both the black olives and pimiento-stuffed green olives. Slice the green onions into thin pieces.
Combine the butter, mayonnaise, cheese, olives and green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined.
Spread the mixture onto the French bread. Bake until the cheese is melted and browning, 20 to 25 minutes.
So, even if you don’t know who’s playing… you can enjoy some new recipes. 🙂
