Chance Fraze
VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KFGO) – A 28-year-old Valley City man has been charged in Barnes County court for possessing pictures of nude boys.
According to Barnes County State’s Attorney Tonya Duffy, in November, the North Dakota BCI and Valley City Police Department were investigating Chance Fraze when they found the digital pictures of three boys ranging from 14- to 17-years-old.
Fraze is charged with Class C felony Possession of Prohibited Materials and could face up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. He is scheduled in court on Jan. 31.
