FARGO (KFGO) – I-29 from Fargo to Grand Forks has reopened after being closed for about three hours earlier Thursday due to dangerous driving conditions. ND DOT says no travel is advised on most roads south of Highway 2 due to scattered ice and snow covered conditions.
