Lucas Puhr
VALLEY CITY, N.D. – A Fingal, N.D. man is facing five felony charges of sexual and physical abuse of children under the age of 15.
According to court documents, Lucus John Puhr, 27, has been charged with Gross Sexual Imposition of a victim under 15, Aggravated Assault of a victim under 12, felony Child Abuse of a victim under six, and two counts of Child Neglect.
All of the incidents allegedly occurred on June 19th of 2020. The Barnes County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Puhr on Oct. 19, 2022.
Puhr remains in jail on a $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 6.
If convicted, Puhr could face life in prison without the possibility of parole.
