
COON RAPIDS, Minn. (KFGO) – Two men and two teenagers who tried to get into a Coon Rapids high school football game are in custody after police officers found guns in their cars.
According to Coon Rapids Police, officers stopped a group of men and teenagers from getting into the homecoming football game, and when the group tried to access the stadium another way, police escorted them off the premises.
Someone reported that the group had a gun and police found a total of four guns in two cars connected to the group.
One car was parked in the school parking lot and the other was across the street. The group tried to leave in the car across the street, but officers were able to stop them.
