NEW DELHI (Reuters) – Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Japan on Sept. 27 to attend the state funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, India’s foreign ministry spokesman Arindam Bagchi said on Thursday.
