SISSETON, S.D. (KFGO) – The South Dakota Highway Patrol has released the names of those killed in a fiery car crash in Roberts County last weekend.
It happened Saturday night on County Road 28, 10 miles southwest of Sisseton when a car left the road, hit an approach, went airborne, rolled and caught fire.
Killed in the crash were 30-year-old Serena Brant, 59-year-old Stacy Brant Sr. and 33-year-old Anthony Janisch, all of Sisseton.
A fourth person in the car, 29-year-old Wicanhpiduta Brant of Sioux Falls was seriously injured and transported to a Fargo hospital.
The Highway Patrol has not determined which of the four was driving the car.
