PARIS (Reuters) – Bruno Le Maire will stay on as France’s finance and economy minister after a wider government overhaul announced by the French Presidency for Friday afternoon, BFM television reported, citing unnamed sources.
On Monday, Macron picked Labour Minister Elisabeth Borne as his new prime minister to steer the cabinet through planned reforms – only the second time in 30 years that a woman has got the job.
