WEST FARGO (KFGO) – West Fargo Police have arrested a suspect following a Friday night pursuit.
At around 10 p.m. Friday, Police responded to a report of a stolen delivery driver’s vehicle in the 600 block of 3rd Avenue E. It was stolen while the car was running and the driver was making a delivery.
Officers located and attempted to stop the vehicle, which was stolen by 31-year-old Noel Sauceda Jr, he then fled from officers, driving throughout West Fargo and onto I-94 at high speeds. Following a short pursuit, officers deployed tire deflation spikes to disable the vehicle.
Sauceda Jr. then attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended and transported to the Cass County Jail.
