GRAND FORKS, N.D. – Police say a deceased male was found Thursday afternoon in downtown Grand Forks.
Police say the man, believed to be in his 20s or 30s, was found at about 12:15 p.m. in the alley of the 10 block of North 3rd Street.
Authorities say they do not know if the body is that of 26-year-old Anthony Valdez, who has been missing since Sunday. Valdez was last seen by a downtown bar in the area where the body was found.
The Grand Forks coroner has been called to the scene. The investigation is active.
