MINNEAPOLIS – The University of Minnesota announced today that it will not extend its temporary proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative, third-party COVID-19 test beyond today.
The policy was put in place from January 26th through February 9th and included campus and athletic events that had more than 200 people in attendance.
The university’s face covering policy does remain in place and all guests attending an indoor Gopher Athletics event on campus will be required to wear a well-fitted mask.
