Money Raised during 2022 Cares for Kids Radiothon (KFGO)
FARGO (KFGO) – Midwest Radio Fargo Moorhead stations KFGO-AM (790 AM/94.1 FM, 104.7 FM), Y94 (93.7 FM), and Froggy 99.9 (99.9 FM) joined forces Jan. 27th and 28th to raise money during the 22nd annual Cares for Kids Radiothon benefiting Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo.
On-air personalities broadcasted live from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days from the studios of Midwest Radio Fargo Moorhead. Patients and families shared personal stories about how Sanford Children’s Hospital has made a difference in their lives.
Money raised during the radiothon is used to support special programs, purchase high-tech medical equipment, and fund research and education for Sanford Children’s Hospital, the only Children’s Miracle Network hospital in North Dakota. 100% of funds raised stay local to help children from throughout North Dakota and northwest Minnesota who receive care at Sanford Children’s.
The Cares for Kids Radiothon officially raised $170,041.44 for Sanford Children’s Fargo.
