Sunday morning fire destroys Valley City, ND home

VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Fire gutted a home in Valley City, North Dakota over the weekend.

Fire Chief Scott Magnuson said the blaze was reported around 3:30 a.m. Sunday at 925 2nd Street Southeast.

Firefighters remained on the scene for more than 14 hours putting out hot spots.

The State Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating the cause.
