Melinda F Lamb 1961-2021
Melinda F Lamb, 60, passed away peacefully in her home after a long hard fight with Stage 4 Lung Cancer on December 12, 2021. She was surrounded by loved ones in a soothing environment.
Linda was born on July 2, 1961 in Greenbush, MN to the late Billie June and Charles Oliver Lamb. Linda worked hard her whole life and mainly at her business, Linda’s Cleaning Ladies, where she employed several people doing construction cleaning.
Linda is survived by her loving daughters, Nikki (Rod) Geist, Casselton, ND and Christina Fife, Aneta, ND, her grandchildren, Dylan Cahoon, Natalie Fife and Zachery Fife. Her twin sister, Lisa Rood. Her sisters, brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed shopping, purses, listening to feel good dancing music, taking a quick trip to the casino, driving pickup trucks, fishing, metal detecting, playing with babies and kids, coffee, breakfast at McDonald’s, and countless other fun things that make life great.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Billie June (Harris) Lamb, Brother Michael Lamb; and sisters, Lauretta (Lamb) Clements & Charlene (Lamb) Godfredson; her son in law, Zach Fife. Her nephews; Matthew Lamb & Dane Sayers. Her great nephew; Quentin Clements.
Services will be at West Funeral Home in West Fargo.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 21st from 5pm-7pm and funeral will be Wednesday Dec. 22nd at 2 pm with burial in Casselton to follow.
