FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – Fargo-based KVRR TV has been sold to Forum Communications. Sources tell KFGO News that the deal also includes the TV station owned by the Red River Broadcast Company Group in Duluth-Superior.
KVRR, a FOX affiliate, has translator sites in Thief River Falls, Pembina, and Jamestown. Forum Communications owns WDAY Television in Fargo, WDAZ in Grand Forks, both ABC affiliates, and WDAY-XTRA, along with several newspapers, including the Forum of Fargo-Moorhead.
An official announcement was expected later Tues.
