The National Potato Council is accepting registrations for Potato Expo 2022.
Potato Expo is the largest annual potato industry conference and trade show in North America.
The event will be hosted Jan. 5-6 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
Organizers say this year is going to be a celebration like no other. It’s been two years since potato growers gathered in Las Vegas for the Expo.
There will be more than 150 exhibitors in the Expo Hall.
