This weekend we’ll turn the clock back and End Daylight Savings Time. It’s another number which frustrates me. I’ll still be hungry when I’m hungry, no matter what time the clock says. There will still be 24 hours on the day etc. This is what bothers me the most as our bodies have no choice but to adjust with the clocks.
Think about a baby or toddler…do they care what time the clock say’s? They are hungry when they are hungry, awake when they want to be and don’t just simply get tired and go to bed at 8:30 p.m. or 9 or whatever time you think they should be.
Many parents of youngsters will once again work through the grind of getting the “new schedule” for their kids and if memory serves me it takes a good couple of weeks before this new schedule becomes smooth.

I won’t get into the history or all the arguments about the adjusting of the clocks two times each year.
Let’s get real here. There’s no more or less time during the day. We just simply manipulate the clock and most of society goes along with it.
One problem with this is how my body has to adjust with the changing of the clock. At 12noon I may not feel like eating lunch and my evening walk after supper will still happen after supper.
Working with the time management my body will have to acclimate to the alarm going off what feels like an hour later.
Oh well…here we go..again #ugh
