GRAND FORKS – A 79-year old Grand Forks man was issued a citation for care required after driving around traffic cones and into freshly poured concrete on Tuesday.
Authorities say the driver got stuck after mistakenly driving into the freshly poured concrete at 32nd and south 31st Street. An on-site construction tractor was used to remove the car – and the damage to the road surface was repaired.
Grand Forks police issued a press release to remind motorists to use caution in construction zones.
There were no injuries.
