DULUTH, Minn. – Authorities in St. Louis County were able to find a man who was lost on a remote road near the Marshall Truck Trail.
The man told deputies the directions from his cellphone led him to the road where his car got stuck early Sunday morning. He left the vehicle and started walking, only to get lost in a “wooded and swampy area.” Authorities rescued him after he called 9-1-1.
The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office says the man was cold and wet, but “otherwise uninjured” after his experience.
