FARGO, ND – The FM RedHawks fell to the Lincoln Saltdogs 4-0 Thursday afternoon.
Lincoln got on the board in the top of the fourth inning when a Curt Smith RBI single drove in Justin Byrd to take a 1-0 lead. Yanio Perez hit an RBI single knocking in Ryan Long lifting the Saltdogs to a 2-0 advantage.
Garett Delano hit an RBI double in the top of the seventh inning that plated Skyler Weber giving the Saltdogs a 3-0 lead. Delano would score on a Zak Taylor double to take a 4-0 edge.
The RedHawks hit the road to start a series with Milwaukee Friday night, Jack Michaels will have the call, pregame at 6:15 p.m. first pitch 6:35 p.m. on 740 The Fan and 107.3FM.
