MINNEAPOLIS – Around 200-thousand people are expected to attend Twin Cities Pride this weekend in Minneapolis.
The event returns to Loring Park following a virtual festival last summer. There are 300 vendors set up throughout the park along with food courts, a beer garden and music stages. Organizers had to eliminate about a hundred booths to allow for less congestion due to COVID-19. Plus, there’s no Saturday night concert or the Pride Parade on Sunday.
The Minnesota Department of Health is on-site offering free COVID-19 vaccines.
