Russia scrambles jet fighter to escort Norwegian patrol plane – Ifax

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia scrambled a MiG-31 fighter jet to escort a Norwegian patrol plane over the Barents Sea, the Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday, citing the Russian military.
