GRAND FORKS (KFGO) – The University of North Dakota is the latest college to announce a date to de-mask.
Beginning June 1st, the University of North Dakota will no longer require masks on campus. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged to continue wearing a face covering. The decision is intended to align the university with updated guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
In a notice to the campus community the message states the strongest measure of protection is vaccination which has been a game-changer for the campus and local community.
