ST. PAUL, Minn. – The state of Minnesota says more than 605,000 vehicles are running on state roads with expired registration. There’s no way to determine if all the vehicles are still operating.
This list includes passenger cars, trailers, off-road vehicles, R-Vs, trucks, and others.
The number could include a vehicle with a Minnesota title with a lien, but the owner has moved to another state and registered their vehicle there.
