BISMARCK, N.D. – Taylor Fey paced Fargo Davies with 19 points and 9 rebounds as the Eagles defeated Grand Forks Red River 65-58 in the Class A girls basketball semifinals.
Davies scored 27 points off 24 Red River turnovers and moved into their first championship game in program history.
Alex Page tailed a tournament-high 28 points on 12-of-22 shooting from the floor for Red River. Page is one of four Miss Basketball finalists in North Dakota.
Red River finishes 21-5 overall.
Davies (24-2 overall) will play the winner of Bismarck Century/Shanley in the championship game on Sunday at 1 p.m. from the Bismarck Events Center.
