WATERTOWN, S.D. (KFGO KWAT) – A Fargo man is in jail in for breaking into a home and driving a car that had been stolen in Moorhead.
32-year-old Dylan Kerr was arrested at a convenience store near Watertown Monday night. That followed a report of someone attempting to flag down traffic at the South Shore exit of I-29.
The Codington County Sheriff’s Office says Kerr was found with property stolen from the home. He was arrested on charges of burglary, intentional damage to property, driving a stolen car and theft.
The home was broken into Sunday night, but the homeowner told the person to leave and did not made a report to law enforcement.
Kerr is jailed on $15,000 cash bond only.
