Damon Duane Peterson
FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo police say a man who had been hospitalized following a report of shots fired and a stolen car is now in the Cass County Jail.
Police have not said why 20-year-old Damon Duane Peterson of Fargo was hospitalized. Police were called to a reported crash at 45th St. and 17th Ave. S shortly after 1 a.m. Monday and then responded to a report of gunshots on East Gateway Circle. Another man had reported that his car had been taken.
Peterson was jailed on charges of terrorizing and conspiracy. Investigators say Peterson and the other man know one another.
