Oliver Tye
FARGO (KFGO) – A suspect in wanted in a shooting in Fargo was arrested by U.S. Marshals and the Metro Street Crimes Unit Monday night in Fargo.
21-year-old Oliver Tye was wanted for attempted murder, reckless endangerment, and aggravated assault. He is a suspect in a shooting on January 24th outside the Arbors apartment complex on 23rd St. S.
While on the run, Police said Tye was armed and dangerous and shouldn’t be approached. Another suspect was arrested earlier.
A 24-year-old woman was shot but recovered from her injuries.
