The Unversity of North Dakota defeated Denver 85-82 in overtime on Friday afternoon in Summit League men’s basketball.
Tyree Ihenacho scored a team-high 21 points and grabbed 7 rebounds for UND. The Fighting Hawks improve to 6-14 overall and 5-6 in Summit League play.
Jase Townsend had a team-high 25 points and shot 13-16 from the free-throw line for Denver.
UND and Denver close out their series on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.
