The vice-president-elect is first sworn in, and repeats the same oath of office, in use since 1884, as senators, representatives, and other federal employees:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
After, the president-elect recites the following oath, in accordance with Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. (So help me God.)”

We found out this week that certain members of Congress do not care about that oath, despite the fact they put their right hand up and swore to it. They swore to protect us against all enemies foreign and domestic.
The President of the United States is one of those enemies, and could care less about his oath. I doubt he’s ever read the oath, or the Constitution for that matter.
Our Founding Fathers knew enemies could come from within, otherwise they wouldn’t have included it. They knew one of our biggest threats could be corrupt elected officials.
Mya Angelo said, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” Donald Trump has shown us for years that he is an evil and hate-filled man that only cares about himself.
President Trump riled up his supporters and encouraged them to attack the People’s House. He and his minions told the Trumpsters to march to the Capitol, and use force to overthrow the election. Trump did not like the election results, and felt he could use his personal army to change them. All the members of Congress seem to be afraid of them anyhow, so why not turn them loose. In fact, some members of Congress even encouraged it.
A perfect example is Senator Kevin Cramer. He has supported the President every step of the way, saying things like, “[Trump is the] best President of my lifetime,” and even compared voting against Trump’s agenda to cheating on his wife. It seemed to be in his best interest and benefit him financially and politically.
The problem is that doggone oath. Senator Cramer swore an oath to the American people and God. He just saw Donald Trump physically attack the Legislative branch of government. So now it’s time to see if Cramer really believes in God and uphold his oath.
Donald Trump needs to be removed from office. And if he’s not, then we know who truly is the enemy within.
Good riding with you,
Joel
