DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (KFGO) – A man wanted by the FBI for the armed robbery of a convenience store in Becker County, MN earlier this month has been arrested in downtown Devils Lake.
Acting on information developed through phone-tracking, police determined that 32-year-old Levi Jerome was in the area. He was spotted leaving an apartment Monday night and taken into custody without incident. Police say he was on his way to the Devils Lake Amtrak depot when he was caught.
Jerome is the suspect in the Nov. 11 robbery of the M & W Convenience Store in Ogema.
Jerome in the Lake Region Law Enforcement Center jail pending extradition to Minnesota.
