PELICAN RAPIDS, MN (KFGO) – In what would be considered an unusual call, state troopers received a report of a possibly naked person with another person taking photographs on State Hwy. 108 east of Pelican Rapids.
The patrol said two females were attempting some modeling and photography on the highway. One of them was covered in blue paint, with minimal clothing.
No citations were issued, but the pair were advised about the dangers of standing on the highway and were told they could not continue what they were doing at that location. Neither of them were from the immediate area.
Otter Tail County deputies first responded at about 12:20p.m. Tues., but deferred to the patrol since the activity was on a state highway.
