FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A Moorhead man was arrested by Fargo police who responded to a 9-1-1 call shortly after midnight Wednesday about a person who appeared to be using a crowbar in attempt to pry open doors of buildings and set fires in the 100 block of 9th Street South. Officers could smell smoke but firefighters did not find any fire damage
Sgt. Brent Halvorson says the man briefly resisted police but officers were able to get him under control. The name he gave police indicated he was wanted on a Cass County warrant and was taken to jail where it was determined it was a false name.
39-year old Joshua Sather was then arrested for giving police false information and possession of meth paraphernalia.
