FARGO (KFGO) – The Forum is dropping home and business delivery except for Wednesdays and Saturdays, eliminating it’s carrier employees and most of those who work in the circulation department.
The newspaper, in a message to subscribers, says print advertising has been declining for years and the pandemic has accelerated that trend.
In a statement to KFGO News, Forum Communications says it has had to make difficult decisions in order to sustain the work it does well into the future.
The changes take effect June 24. At that time, The Forum will move to a two-day print delivery schedule and the paper will be delivered by mail.
