Carson Henningsgard was named NDHSCA POWERade Senior Athlete of the Year in North Dakota Class B boys basketball on Thursday.
Henningsgard helped Hillsboro-Central Valley to a Region 2 boys basketball title and a spot in the state tournament.
The North Dakota High School Coaches Association votes on the award.
Henningsgard averaged 22.2 points, 6.5 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 3 steals per game for the Burros this season.
