Foodie Friday: A Condiment, a Cookie & a Coffee (TikTok inspired recipes!)

Okay, I’ll admit it… I’ve spent too much time on TikTok. I’m blaming social distancing. However, it has put me onto some viral food trends I think we should try. Here are super simple recipes for a condiment, a cookie and a coffee.

Homemade (Restaurant style?) Ranch

1 Tbsp of garlic (paste)

1/2 tsp garlic powder, parsley, dill weed, paprika and black pepper

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt (maybe more?)

3/4 sour cream & mayo

1/2 heavy cream (more if you want it runnier)

I know you are using ranch on the regular, why not try to make it yourself? 

Chocolate Chip (peanut butter) Cookies

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of smooth peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp baking soda

chocolate chips

350 degrees for 8-10 minutes

Pro-tip: spray your measuring cup with cooking spray so it doesn’t stick! 

Whipped (Dalgona) Coffee

2 Tbsps of instant coffee, sugar and hot water

Use a hand mixture to mix until the foam is whipped with stiff peeks

Place the foam on top of cold milk

This coffee looks pretty and has become a viral sensation!
