16 players earned North Dakota Class B boys basketball honors on Thursday.
Hillsboro-Central Valley senior Carson Henningsgard, was the lone unanimous selection. Cole Myers of Richland, Seth Nelson of Carrington, Jaden Mitzel of Shiloh Christian and Jaden Hamilton of Rugby joined Henningsgard on the first team.
It’s the third straight year for Henningsgard and the second consecutive season for Myers to be on the first team.
The Class B State Tournament has been suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Richland, Hillsboro-Central Valley, Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier, Four Winds-Minnewaukan, Shiloh Christian, Rugby, Beulah and New Town qualified for the state tournament.

Mr. Basketball in North Dakota will be announced on Friday night. Nominations include: Henningsgard, Myers, Mitzel, Jaxon Gunville of Minot, Elijah Klein of Mandan, Boden Skunberg of Jamestown and Grand Nelson of Devils Lake.
Reile Payne of Fargo Shanley won Miss Basketball.
