BISMARCK, ND (KFGO) โ Gov. Doug Burgum says the state has added three more positive cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number to 33. Four people are in hospitals. While somewhat encouraged, he again says it is not a time to relax.
Burgum says the state continues to work on contact-tracing, following up with those infected to determine who they have been in contact with.
Planning and preparation is still underway to make sure the state has enough beds, medical staff and equipment for future needs.
The Dept. of Human Services will work with child care providers to help them with a possible large increase in the number of children they are caring for. A priority will be finding care for the families of first-responders.
