This MLB cheating scandal just gets worse
every story that breaks.
I’m losing faith in the system of sports cheating. Is it rigged? I don’t think so. Is cheating ruining the integrity of the game? Without a doubt.
Batters like
Marwin Gonzalez
who’s numbers benefited from cheating to add value to his contract. Pitchers who’s strikeouts and ERA benefited. This isn’t over. How could other teams not be doing their own version?
I really want to give the XFL a chance.I watched a bit on Saturday and can’t say there was anything to draw me back in.
35 years ago I thought the
USFL
was going to Make Football Great Again…it had the backing of Donald Trump. It had names like Herschel Walker, Doug Flutie, Reggie White and Jim Kelly. It lasted a few years.
That was an era without wide access to picking and choosing your entertainment which is the current model. As much as football fans hope it survives. The odds are stacked against it.
