In the midst of a busy week on Capitol Hill, the U.S. Senate passes the United States Mexico Canada Trade Agreement this morning which passed the House late last year.
Mexico had passed the agreement last year and Canada has been waiting for U.S. approval.
According to the International Trade Commission, USMCA will increase U.S. agricultural and food exports to Canada and Mexico when fully implemented.
The agreement will now head to President Donald Trumps’ desk for signing.
