I was texting with one of our morning friends “Steve” as he wasn’t able to make it and as he mentioned, “this is what makes KFGO special”
I agreeded–BUT related it’s listeners like him and all of YOU are what makes getting up in the middle of the night so much fun!!!!
One of my favorite parts is connecting the dots between listeners and friends and family
this little sweetheart is just months old. What’s your excuse for NOT getting up to join the fun!?
A brief conversation and I learned these wonderful listeners are from Hunter and …follow me…former News and Views producer Cally’s Muslands cousin (Taylor) grandparents I’ve had Taylor on Outdoors Live in the past and just a few weeks ago he bagged a ND mountain lion!
One of my favorite new friends is Twila. She motioned me over and began the conversation with, “….where I come from your last named isn’t pronounced “Leer” and the visit went to her home town of Zeeland, ND! Just the night before we were watching
PBS Women Behind the Plow
and wouldn’t you know it Twila’s mom was on it!!!!
