FARGO (KFGO) – Charges have been filed against a man who was arrested in October after gunshots rang out in a north Fargo neighborhood.
Federal prosecutors have charged 27-year-old Lionel Fraction with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a firearm and ammunition by a person convicted of domestic violence and possessing a firearm without a serial number.
On Oct. 13, Fargo police responded to multiple 9-1-1 calls of shots fired outside an apartment building north of McKinley Elementary School. A gun and shell casings were recovered at the scene. No one was hurt.
Court documents say the case was turned over to the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
