Wrapping gifts isn’t my thing. If you want a pretty looking present, you aren’t getting it from me. Wrapping takes time, patience and maybe even some artistry. Eh, all those things are overrated in my book. Patience isn’t my thing and I certainly have no artistic ability.
When I’m wrapping, I don’t care if the piece of paper I cut or have left is smaller than the package I’m wrapping. I simply grab another piece of paper, matching or not, and fit it under the larger sheet and tape it. Good enough! It’s the thought that counts and what’s inside that matters.
I just finished wrapping gifts for my daughter’s birthday and will soon start the task of wrapping Christmas gifts. Oh joy!
